I like this Jollibee location! We've been here couple of times, and this specific location is quite spacious. We always go to Jollibee in Great Mall location, however this will be our go to place since I just found out couple months ago.

Jollibee fried chicken is one of the best chicken compared to KFC, in my humble opinion. What makes Jollibee fried chicken different is the gravy, you can use the gravy as dipping sauce as well, or pour it over rice or mashed potatoes or even fries.

Their famous dessert is halo halo, basically ube flavored ice cream mixed with tropical fruits like jackfruits, coconut flesh, and some syrup.

Definitely will come back to this location if I'm craving for fried chicken.

First off, I don't really eat Filipino food a lot so I don't have the taste for it just yet. With that said, this Jollibee was pretty good. I loved their fries and their chicken was pretty good too with gravy. The chicken was super fresh cause my fingers burned when I tried eating it.

Ordering was easy, the staff was nice and gave a timer for you to let you know when your order is ready. The place was pretty spacious even though they were doing maintenance to another side.

Food was good. I ordered the spaghetti with chicken and a side of fries. The spaghetti was sweet and I was not use to that. The little sausages in the spaghetti were good though. The chicken tasted plain  without the gravy so it was not as flavorful as I hoped. The fries were the best in my opinion. It was so basic but I kept on eating it. One of the best fries.

I would go again for the fries (:

Me: dad, what are we eating tonight?

My dad, an immigrant from a third world country: Jollibee's

Me: dad, we've had this chicken several times a month

My dad: I escaped Communist Vietnam for this chicken.

Me: you can't use that excuse for everything.

My dad: You don't love me.

This is the best chicken in the bay! It's my daughter's favorite chicken with the gravy of course! I love palabok too and spaghetti not so good. Yum burgers are good and my bf's favorite is the crispy chicken burger, must eat there.

Am I psychopath because I ate Jollibee's fried chicken for breakfast? Well I have no regrets because Jollibee has the best fried chicken (and if you disagree, you're wrong)

Customer Service: I woke up craving Jollibee so decided to come here in the morning and it was PACKED at around 10AM. Staff members were hustling and working pretty hard. Received my to-go order within ~10 minutes.

Food: OKAY I HAVE TO RAVE ABOUT THE FRIED CHICKEN. The meat is so tender, juicy, and the skin is so crunchy and perfectly fried. Compared to Bonchon or KFC, it is not as fatty or greasy and the meat feels much more plentiful. I also love that you can get half spicy seasoning on your chicken. The gravy has a nice texture that pairs very well with the chicken.

Fries were fun to munch on, although not very salty or greasy like American fries.

Mango Peach Pie: HIGHLY RECOMMEND! THIS IS MY FAVORITE SWEET TREAT. Price is about $3.50 for one.

Sweet Spaghetti: this is a hit or miss for some people. For me, it was a miss. Does not taste like something I am used to, however it wasn't awful... Maybe I would like it high? LOL

Price: cheap af! Therapy is expensive. Do yourself a favor and spend $19.99 on a 10 piece bucket.

Final thoughts: love this place! Always crowded though, so if you can catch the Jollibee at Milpitas or Union City, I would recommend going there.
